The room was spacious for Japan, and we loved the excellent breakfast selection that catered to various tastes. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and public transport. I appreciated the eco-friendly cleaning policy, though the optional water felt a bit gimmicky. a solid choice for families.

The room was clean and had a great view of the surrounding area, which was ideal for taking in the Christmas atmosphere. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within a short walking distance of the main shopping and dining areas. the subway station was a stone's throw away, which made travelling around the city stress-free.
Although the room was tidy, it was quite small and there wasn't enough storage space for all of our luggage. the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and we struggled to get a good night's sleep.
